First Moscow International Film Week 

In the end of August 2024, the first Moscow International Film Week (MIFW) welcomed participants from 47 countries, showcasing 70 films from across the globe. The event provided a valuable platform for cultural exchange and the development of partnerships in the film industry. Over six days, the Russian capital hosted more than 600,000 attendees who explored a diverse array of screenings, masterclasses, and networking opportunities at over 100 venues throughout the city, contributing to the strengthening of cultural and cinematic relationships. 35 top media journalists from different countries, including India, China, UAE and Turkey, visited Moscow and had an opportunity to see the innovative filming hubs and locations created in Moscow, which resulted in 1.4 billion coverage all over the world.
