For the first time in history, 5 films produced in Russia were broadcast around Thailand from February till April 2024. The grand opening of Moscow film festival in Southeast Asia and the premiere of “The Challenge”, the first film shot in space, were organized in Bangkok with the participation of more than 600 guests, 30 major media and more than 50 key opinion leaders, influencers and celebrities. A public talk featuring cosmonaut Anton Shkaplerov ahead of the film premiere drew enormous audience attention and generated significant media response. The coverage of more than 35 000 000 people was reached, with the articles in more than 55 media and multiple reviews in YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, which resulted in tickets sold-out.
